The art of Mehndi (commonly known as Henna) dates back to the ancient Vedic period. Henna is a reddish-brown cooling dye obtained from the leaves of the henna plant; this dye is applied to the skin in a variety of intricate patterns. Named for the Sanskrit word mendhikā, Henna has a long history of use as a temporary tattoo to mark special celebrations such as holidays, birth of a baby and weddings. This original beaded henna design incorporates many customary symbols including peacock which celebrates the richness of life, paisley for good luck, flowers for happiness, and vines and leaves representing devotion and vitality.

Shipping: Standard shipping is complimentary; Express delivery is available at additional charge.
You will receive your Omshala item within 3-10 business days (this does not include holidays). Within 3-4 business days of placing your order, we will notify you of your shipping details.
Returns: We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 business days of the delivery date.
In accordance with the general condition of sale, only items returned in their original and complete state will be accepted.
Return shipping charge is complementary only if the order is non-compliant. In all other cases, this charge will be deducted from your reimbursement.
