The Beading Process
Omshala beaded artwork is hand-sewn by a skilled team of artisans in Mumbai, India. Designs are applied to cloth using a traditional pinning technique. Artisans use this applied image as a guide for each beaded design. Beadings take upwards of 3 days to complete.
